
Kontakt's Pricing Policy
Kontakt Software Ltd. will annouce on the web site and contact clients by email any price increase or decrease 3 months in advance. Therefore, any changes to the Annual Hosting Fee should be in an email sent on Januay 1st of that year.
When a client wishes to discontinue the use of the Kontakt Software Ltd. services, the client will be billed the content management fee for the last month of any web site or web pages work. Kontakt Software will not offer a refund for all or any partial of the Annual Hosting Feee once billed. Refunds on the Annual Hosting Fee will only be provided if Kontakt Software Ltd. is unable to provide the service or partial service for the billing period. The refund amount will be determined by Kontakt Sofware Ltd.
